Château La Fleur Pétrus 2020

Banded prior to inspection
Merlot 93%, Cabernet Franc 5%, Petit Verdot 2%. In 2022, after bottling, this has a huge, 'adolescent' nose, in its great, youthful impact. So luscious and extraordinary on the palate, with all-enveloping ripeness and glycerol, plus voluptuous structure. The flavour of rich plums is divine. Put this away in your cellar, but do not forget about it! And then, in 2024, immediate, and real, class on the nose. This dances on the palate, multi-dimensional and a huge, complex mouthful.
