More than a wine dinner, this once-in-a-lifetime experience for 12 guests offers a rare opportunity to taste and learn from one of Napa Valley’s most lauded winemakers, all while indulging in an unforgettable evening of world-class wine, cuisine and hospitality at one of Napa’s most iconic estates.

Schrader Cellars has long been synonymous with Beckstoffer To Kalon, producing some of Napa Valley’s most celebrated Cabernets. Looking ahead, the future of Schrader Cellars is deeply intertwined with the historic Robert Mondavi Winery estate, where Schrader Cellars has found a new home—sourcing all To Kalon fruit from the RMW-owned portion of the vineyard and crafting wines within the new state-of-the-art winemaking facility, with renovations set to be completed in Spring 2026. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to excellence, sustainability and honoring the legacy of Napa Valley’s most iconic vineyard.

You and your guests will be among the first to experience the transformation of Robert Mondavi Winery, where contemporary design seamlessly blends with its historic 1966 Cliff May architecture. With To Kalon Vineyard at its heart, the estate will serve as the perfect backdrop to celebrate Schrader Cellars’ legacy and the craftsmanship of one of Napa Valley’s most revered winemakers.

Your private multi-course wine dinner, hosted by Winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown and prepared by the Estate Chef, will showcase seasonally inspired dishes crafted to pair with an extraordinary lineup of wines spanning Thomas’ tenure at Schrader Cellars:

- 2016 ‘Old Sparky’ Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

The trio of Old Sparky vintages each earned a perfect 100-point score, with Thomas considering the 2016 bottling the greatest wine he has ever made. On the inaugural 2023 ‘TKS’ Cabernet Sauvignon, wine critic Jeb Dunnuck wrote, “The entire lineup of 2023s from Schrader Cellars are truly special, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see this one be the crème de la crème.”
