Provenance:
La Romanée from Domaine Comte Liger Belair is the undisputed jewel in the crown of this Swiss collection. Represented across 2004, 2006 and 2007, in excellent condition, it leads the selection of other sought-after Domaines, such as Dugat Py, Robert Groffier and Domaine Arlaud. Bordeaux lovers will find plenty of ready-to-drink wines from the Left Bank, such as 1988 Mouton Rothschild, 1982 Cos d’Estournel or 2005 Ducru Beaucaillou. The collector’s passion for wine is shown in the variety of lots offered in this consignment, which also includes several cases of 1999 Louis Roederer Cristal, as well as Italian gems from Sassicaia and Gaja. All wines were acquired from reputable Swiss merchants and importers and stored in a temperature-controlled cellar until collection.
