Dom Pérignon 2012
Pinot Noir 51%, Chardonnay 49%, dosage 5gm/l. In 2022, this is new in town - and pretty impressive too. One's first impression is that it is complex, brut and taut, obviously still very young, with teenage energy bursting at the seams. On the palate, concentrated, spicy and toasty, with a touch of salt and white pepper. An embryonic classic. Tremendous potential and gaining in richness with every bottle opened. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
