At Epiphany 2024, a magnum of this legendary wine was dancing with joy, as were we. An extraordinary, aromatic nose, classic and lush at the same time. Plums and liquorice and so full in the mouth - the Merlot in the blend at this epoch is super evident and super exciting. This is a brilliantly made, totally harmonious 1982, like the greatest 1929s at the same age. And another magnum in 2025 was all silky cedar wood, so juicy and with a mocha finish.
