London: M.F. for Royston, [1645], engraved additional title and 20 double-page plates, contemporary calf, purchased from Pickering & Chatto, 25 August 1899, £2-2s, [ESTC R9410], some tears and repairs, cropping, binding worn and repaired, a poor copy sold w.a.f.
