Description

NIKE, NIKE MESH SHOOTING SHIRT, SIZE L

NIKE, NIKE MESH WARMUP PANTS

This shooting shirt was worn by Jalen Brunson on February 15, 2025, for the Starry 3-Point Contest warmups. This lot is accompanied by a pair of game-issued warmup pants, however, due to their provenance, we believe they are likely worn.

In 2023-24, Brunson was selected to play in his first NBA All-Star Game and named to the All-NBA 2nd Team. This year, alongside former college teammate Mikal Bridges and All-Star Karl-Anthony Towns, Brunson has played some exceptional basketball. Leading the Knicks in scoring, he recently earned a starting spot in the All-Star Game for the first time in his career.

Jalen Brunson entered the 2018 NBA Draft, where he was selected with the 3rd pick in the 2nd round, as perhaps the most decorated player in the class. Having just led Villanova to the 2018 NCAA National Championship (and winning another in 2016), Brunson also won the Bob Cousy Award and was named Consensus National Player of the Year, NCAA East Region Most Outstanding Player, BIG EAST Player of the Year, BIG EAST Scholar-Athlete of the Year, and to the NCAA Final Four All-Tournament Team.

Brunson joined fellow rookie Luka Dončić on the Dallas Mavericks and quickly demonstrated his scoring abilities, becoming a key piece of the Mavericks’ rotation. His breakout performance was in game 2 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals in 2022, where without Dončić, Brunson led the Mavericks to pass the Jazz with 41 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists, and 2 steals to tie the series. After Dončić’s return, the tandem led the Mavericks to the Western Conference Finals, the team’s best finish since 2011.

In the summer of 2022, Brunson joined the New York Knicks and flourished as the starting point guard, putting up career-best averages in points and assists while leading the Knicks to their first playoff series win in a decade.

At the time of cataloging, he has career averages of 17.9 points per game, 3.2 rebounds per game, and 5 assists per game.
