These ‘Rising Stars Edition’ shorts were issued to Dink Pate on February 14, 2025, during the Rising Star Semifinals when Team G League played Team M, however, due to the provenance, we believe they are likely worn.
Pate finished with 4 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 assists. Team G League beat Team M, 40-39.
Pate also represented Team G League during the Rising Star Championship when Team G League played Team C. Pate finished with 5 points and 1 rebound. Team G League lost to Team C, 25-14.
Pate became the youngest professional basketball player in U.S. history after joining the NBA G League Ignite in 2023. A Texas native, Pate averaged 20.3 points per game in his 2022-2023 District 13-4A season. An exciting prospect, Pate’s playtime with the Mexico City Capitanes evinces the makings of a great player.
