This tile is one of hundreds made for the exterior of A House for Essex, a holiday home near the village of Wrabness designed by the artist Grayson Perry in collaboration with FAT Architecture. The house is dedicated to Julie, a fictional Essex every-woman, and it tells her life story through decoration and integrated artworks.
Another tile from the same edition is in the V&A Collection, London.
