83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot. The smallest vintage at Mouton since 1969, with an Indian summer and late harvest. In 2023, super-scented, spicy and infused with blackcurrant - pretty intoxicating, in the nicest possible way. Voluptuous, rich, complex and 'meaty' on the palate. Lush layers of black and red fruits, with great aromatic intensity. Remarkable impact and nobility. The texture is seductively creamy and the sweetness sensually sensational! Provenance:

The cellar of a gentleman collector, featuring four decades of Petrus, Lafite and Mouton Rothschild, alongside many other Bordeaux wonders. The collection also showcases the love of the owner for Italy's finests, including a comprehensive selection of Sassicaia, Masseto, Ornellaia and Tignanello. All the wines have been acquired from UK and European reputable wine merchants and recently removed for a temperature-controlled private cellar.
