This is an extraordinary wine of huge aromatic fascination, richness and opulence. Leather, berries and a texture that simply coats the mouth. At a great dinner of French classics, this finished the evening on a top note. The cellar of a gentleman collector, featuring four decades of Petrus, Lafite and Mouton Rothschild, alongside many other Bordeaux wonders. The collection also showcases the love of the owner for Italy's finests, including a comprehensive selection of Sassicaia, Masseto, Ornellaia and Tignanello. All the wines have been acquired from UK and European reputable wine merchants and recently removed for a temperature-controlled private cellar.
