A George III polished steel basket fire grate, circa 1780


with an engraved serpentine fret panel to the front and urn finials, raised on columnar supports and an assembled set of fire-irons comprising a large polished steel twin-prong poker, plain shovel and knopped tongs, probably 18th century together with a modern three-fold mesh and iron fire guard (5)
