Description
of trumpet shape with a flaring lip, painted in underglaze-blue with Chinese emblems, decorated in Augsburg probably in the Seuter workshop, with gilt over-decoration with four horizontal panels of tooled foliate scrolls, reserved on a rich-gold ground, the rim with a gilt band edged in C-scrolls, crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue.
