The Navicella is an ancient Roman sculpture of a ship, which was commissioned for the courtyard of the Church of Santa Maria in Domenica in Rome by Pope Leo X (1475-1521). A related example was sold Christie's New York, 23 October 2018, lot 327 ($10,000).
