8vo (246 x 150 mm). Crest to title-page; title, following leaf, and final two leaves with marginal soiling, spotting, and wear with minor loss, occasional spotting and soiling, minor marginal chipping. Modern half morocco and marbled paper-covered boards.


First ratified in 1780, Massachusetts' was the last of the original state constitutions to be written. This later printing included all of the amendments to 1894.
