Jill Culton is an American animator, storyboard artist, character designer, screenwriter, director, and currently also serves as a Director of Animation at Warner Bros. Culton was a key member of the animation teams for both Toy Story and Toy Story 2, and storyboarded several scenes with Jessie across both films.
