Luka Doncic Game Issued 'NBA All-Star Game’ Shorts

These ‘All-Star Edition’ shorts were game issued to Luka Doncic for the 2024 NBA All-Star Game on February 18, 2024. 

This is Doncic’s 5th All-star appearance. Doncic finished the game with 7 points, 7 rebounds, and 7 assists.

Luka Dončić is popularly referred to as ‘Luka Magic’ for a reason. Dončić has led the Dallas Mavericks to deep playoff runs including an appearance in the 2022 Western Conference Finals and the 2024 Finals. He made his senior debut with Spanish club Real Madrid in 2015 at only 16 years of age. Before long he became the best player in Europe, leading Real Madrid to a EuroLeague title in 2018 and earning EuroLeague MVP honors.

The Dallas Mavericks traded for Dončić after he was selected with the 3rd overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft. Though some questioned if his game would translate to the NBA, Dončić left no doubt during an explosive rookie season that saw him average 21.2 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 6 assists and win the 2018-19 Rookie of the Year award.

Dončić led the Mavericks to the 2024 NBA Finals in a legendary playoff run. Some iconic moments, include his game-winning step-back 3-pointer against the Timberwolves in the Western Conference Finals. Another came in the NBA Finals when Dončić became the youngest player in NBA history to record a triple-double in the Finals.

Dončić is a 5-time NBA All-Star, has been named to the All-NBA 1st Team 5 times, was the 2023-24 scoring champ, and was awarded the 2024 Western Conference Finals MVP.
