on a three-pronged plinth with lion paw feet, a pinecone finial suspending from the lighter base, the plinth and the ring support engraved with palmettes, a fluted finial hiding the wick, struck to the base with maker's mark, Fabergé in Cyrillic and the Imperial Warrant, 88 standard
