Enamel and diamond watch pendant, Cartier, circa 1915 and later
The hexagonal dial embellished with gold and white enamel and a pearl winder, the reverse set with rose and circular-cut diamonds on a black silk cord, brooch fitting later added, signed Cartier, numbered.
