The COMO Shambhala Mind and Body Wellness Retreat for Two offers a 4D3N experience in the newly renovated Terrace Suite at COMO Shambhala Estate, Bali. Guests enjoy luxurious accommodation with full board meals tailored from COMO Shambhala Kitchen, emphasising wholesome and seasonal ingredients. The retreat includes comprehensive wellness activities: two contrast therapy sessions, a daily 120-minute therapy treatment (such as massage or facial) and unlimited group wellness classes.

Prior to the retreat, each guest is invited to experience the Good Gut Programme in Singapore. The results from this will be used to customise your programme in Bali even more precisely–optimising nutrition and therapies for lasting benefits. Signature experiences at COMO Shambhala Estate in Bali include a special three-course dinner for two at the Tea House and daily private 30-minute wellness sessions (offering guided meditation, breath work, physical training, hydrotherapy, Pilates, or yoga).

Upon your return to Singapore, the journey need not end; guests are invited to continue their holistic routines at COMO Shambhala Singapore, with a Signature COMO Shambhala Massage for two, ensuring ongoing support and care for body, mind and spirit.
