Emerald and diamond ring
Set with a step-cut emerald weighing 6.50 carats within a surround of pear-shaped diamonds, size 57, signed Cartier.
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 127528 and AGL report no. 1128985, each stating that the emerald is of Colombian origin, with no indications of clarity modification; together with an SSEF appendix letter and an AGL JewelFolio.
'The few inclusions found by microscopic examination and the analysed properties are consistent with those found in Colombian emeralds from the famous mining areas Muzo, Coscuez and Chivor, all located in the green foothills of the Cordillera Oriental in the Colombian Andes.'
