A George III blue-john, alabaster and Ashford marble urn, circa 1800


now mounted as a lamp with the fitting taking the place of a lid, the urn with a square Ashford marble base, resting on on a square blue-john socle with reeded corners and alabaster moulding


height without fixture: 42cm. high; 1ft. 4 1/2in.
