Two gilt copper alloy Buddhist figures

Tibet and Nepal, 14th and 17th century


the first Tibetan, possibly Manjusri, seated in vajrasana on a lotus base, his right hand in vitarkamudra, the figure inlaid with coloured stones; the second Nepalese, depicting Vasudhara, the multi-armed figure seated in lalisatana on a lotus base and framed with a flaming mandorla
