Levels bn or into the neck, original tissues

Cabernet Sauvignon 77%, Merlot 13%, Cabernet Franc 10%. In 2023, this has come into its own, deep velvet form. A blast of Cabernet Sauvignon on the nose, although there was less in the blend at this time than now. Aromatic and tannic structured on the palate, with the full black fruit to back it up. Precise and incisive. Noble, dramatic stuff and still with years to go. In 2025 and from magnum, even fresher and immensely powerful, with great cassis structure emphasising the 'grand vin' status. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
