Slightly scuffed labels 

65.5% Merlot, 32.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Cabernet Franc. 75% new oak. From the outset, always alluring at all levels - it still is, in 2016 . The complex, coffee-ish nose leads to divine finesse and class on the palate, with a really persistent, cigary finish to it. This is a true favourite in the vintage, showing its aristocratic, silky texture at every turn.  Serena Sutcliffe, MW
