The J.J.C. or Jean-Jacques Cartier Tank model was introduced by Cartier London in 1951. Based on the original L.C. (Louis Cartier) model, the J.J.C. has distinctly rounded brancards. A late example of the model, dating to 1976, when the London branch was back under the control of Cartier Paris, the dial is in the more traditional Paris style with an inner minute track. Looking at other examples of the J.J.C., it can be seen that earlier versions of this model tended to be executed with larger Roman numerals and without a minute track.
