Coincidentally, or yet more poetically, the intricate enameled continent of Africa, a place where life as we know it began, perfectly mirrors Franck Muller’s humble beginning. Before starting his eponymous brand, Muller was one the most well established watch restorationists commissioned by the likes of the Patek Philippe Museum, collectors and leading auction houses. This gave Muller unparalleled exposure to highly intricate watch complications and know-how which laid the foundation for his eponymous brand. Such exposure allowed Muller to create such intricate enamel work framed by an elaborate guiloché dial that makes this timepiece understated but full of characteristics at the same time.
