Introduced in 2007, the Duomètre concept represents one of Jaeger-LeCoultre’s most technically considered modern developments, built around the Dual-Wing architecture. This system separates the energy supply for timekeeping from that of the complications, while maintaining a single regulating organ, an approach designed to preserve chronometric stability.
The present Quantième Lunaire, dating to circa 2022, expresses this architecture through a partially open dial revealing the twin barrels and gear trains. The indications include jumping seconds, moon phases and power reserve, arranged across multiple registers yet unified by the central balance.
Executed in pink gold, the model demonstrates a measured integration of technical innovation and classical display, characteristic of Jaeger-LeCoultre’s contemporary high watchmaking.
