Set with a step-cut sapphire weighing 8.37 carats, flanked by two trapeze-shaped diamonds, embellished with brilliant-cut diamonds, mounted in 18 karat white gold, size 5. 

Accompanied by Gübelin report no. 9906247, dated 29 June 1999, stating that the sapphire is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of thermal enhancement. Also accompanied by a gemmological report. Please note that all the reports are more than 10 years old and may require an update.
