Carnet

Designed as a flower set at the centre with a brilliant-cut black diamond, within surrounds of black diamond beaded stamens en tremblant, the petals embellished with oval, round and pear-shaped rose-cut diamonds, to the reverse decorated with brilliant-cut diamonds, mounted in platinum, 18 karat gold and silver, signed Carnet. 

Accompanied by an invoice from Carnet.
