Owing to the success of Thelma & Louise, a company in Los Angeles created a Thelma & Louise stone lithograph poster, using the same production technique as early 20th century posters. This poster was produced on art paper in a limited edition of 200 prints, all of which were signed by Michael Elins (artist), Ridley Scott (director) Geena Davis (Thelma), Susan Sarandon (Louise), Mimi Polk (producer) and Callie Khouri (writer).
Directed by Ridley Scott and written by Callie Khouri, Thelma & Louise American crime drama stars Geena Davis and Susan Sarandon as the eponymous Thelma and Louise. The supporting cast features Harvey Keitel, Michael Madsen, Christopher McDonald and Brad Pitt. The story follows two friends whose weekend road trip takes a dark turn after a violent encounter, forcing them to flee across the American Southwest. Along the way, their journey becomes a powerful exploration of friendship, freedom and defiance.
