Rene Peron designed the definitive piece for this classic Bogart film. Very few examples have ever surfaced.
Humphrey Bogart was Warner Bros. biggest star by the release of The Treasure of the Sierra Madre in 1948. Bogart had up until this time successfully played many roles as a screen hero. This film allowed him to play the greedy tortured soul Fred C. Dobbs, a character that was a far cry from his other roles. The film was directed by John Huston, and starring alongside Bogart is Tim Holt, and the director's father, Walter Huston.
