Patek Philippe released the Annual Calendar Reference 5146 in 2005 as a modernized reinterpretation of the Reference 5035. The 39 mm white gold case of the present example is paired with a beautiful cream dial accented by pointed stick indices and Arabic numeral quarters. The sapphire crystal case back prominently displays the calibre 324, which was developed as an improvement to the respected calibre 315, by the engineers at Patek Philippe. The calibre 324 improved its predecessor’s accuracy and consistency and beats at a frequency of 28800 vph with a power reserve of 35-45 hours.
