A figure of a dog with a similarly modeled body, attributed to the Ming dynasty, is in the collection of the Palace Museum, Beijing, and illustrated in The Complete Collection of Treasures of the Palace Museum: Jadeware II, Hong Kong, 1995, pl. 209.
