釋文：戴率初架將歸剡源，索余墨竹，遂寫此卷。先錄所作賦於首也，醜意頓露，豈能免夫愧怍。吳興趙孟頫記。鈐印：趙氏子昂、松雪齋

題跋：(於裱邊) 趙松雪書取徑北海以達山陰，晚更集南北之大成。故骨采豐腴氣格雄秀。右跋寥寥數十字而神味雋永，絕非時史所能贗託。頌判二兄天賦卓越，書法有晉人意趣。此幅久藏篋衍，檢以奉貽聊佐臨池清玩可乎。丁卯(1927)日長至南海黎湛枝記。鈐印：湛枝、潞厂
