Very deep colour. Nose tight and concentrated. Very tannic. Big, powerful wine. Needs lots of time. Then, at eleven years old, incredibly smoky/cassis and big morello cherries bouquet. Full, rich glycerol on the palate. Rolls round the mouth. A chef d'oeuvre. Opulent. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
