MESH

This ‘NBA All-Star Edition’ prototype jersey was issued for Tyrese Maxey for the 2025 All-Star Game on February 16, 2025. Although Maxey was not ultimately selected as a participant in the All-Star Game, this jersey was made by the NBA as a prototype before the All-Star roster was decided.

The University of Kentucky product was selected by the 76ers with the 21st pick in the 2020 NBA Draft. He played in 61 games as a rookie before having his breakout season the following year. In his second year, Maxey averaged 17.5 points, 4.3 assists, and 3.2 rebounds and helped the 76ers earn the 4th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 51-31 record. Entering his 5th season, Maxey scored his 5,000th career point for the Sixers and continues to solidify himself as a reliable star on the Sixers.

Maxey was selected to his first NBA All-Star team in 2023-2024 and was named the 2024 Most Improved Player. At the time of cataloging, he has career averages of 19.5 points per game, 3.0 rebounds per game, and 4.4 assists per game.
