「我可以整天繪畫花朵……當然,所有被剪下的花朵都已死去,這個死亡的過程帶著某種暴力。我在 Blum & Poe 畫廊展出的第一幅花卉作品名為『大白鯊』(JAWS)。那幅畫傳統得令我感到不安。而我一直很喜歡電影《大白鯊》當中那句說『水中有點什麼』的對白。邪惡通常會披上美麗、甚至是詳和的假象。」
