Richard brings an extensive wealth of knowledge and experience to Sotheby’s from the worlds of marketing and live entertainment. In his current role, he strategically and seamlessly integrates the global assets of Sotheby’s (e.g. physical locations, 1,000+ live VIP experiences, auctions, digital & print media and more) into a world wide platform for Brands to engage with high net worth people. Prior to coming to Sotheby’s, Richard ran the local engagement division for CBS where he brought together radio, TV, local websites and live events into an easy to activate marketing platform. Before that, he helped launch the company now know as Live Nation, and worked as head of global advertising for Calvin Klein in addition to running the American Express account at Ogilvy.
