World tour of Judaica treasures begins in Moscow.

MOSCOW – Highlights of The Michael and Judy Steinhardt Judaica Collection are now on view in Moscow before travelling to London, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and New York. This rare collection of objects demonstrates the breadth of Jewish history from antiquity through the 20th Century. Among the unique objects being offered in the sale on 29 April is the ‘Rouchomovsky Skeleton':  a Russian gold articulated skeleton in a silver-gilt and velvet-lined coffin, crafted by Israel Rouchomovsky between 1892-96.
