Gorham's Martelé archives indicate that the vases were completed on April 22, 1913 and had a net factory price of $52.50. They took 14 hours to make and then were chased for an additional 25 hours by George Joseph Enzinger. The small plate was part of a seven-piece child's set and was completed on April 10, 1905.  took 10 hours to make by William C. Young and was chased for another 14 hours by Emil Stursberg. It had a net factory price of $30.
