Condition
Craquelure throughout. There is an old 2 in. diameter repaired puncture at the top of his head in his hair, and a 5 in. long repaired tear from above his right elbow to an inch below the upper button of his coat. It has been set on new stretchers and has been relined. Part of the painting has been cleaned while other areas appear untouched.
