Condition
Lined. The surface presents well, aside from faintly visible craquelure on the woman's kerchief and at upper left on the house. Under UV: varnish faintly fluoresces green. There are areas of finely applied inpainting along the lower edge, the most notable being 5 inch horizontal area at lower left, a 3 1/2 inch area across the man's proper left shoe, and around the signature.
