拍品資料及來源

The Aritmetique logarithmetique is a table of Briggsian logarithms, first published at Paris by Melchior Mondiere, in 1625, and reissued there in 1626 with a new title and additions. This third edition in French must be rare, as no copy has yet been reported in The Short Title Catalogue Netherlands (STCN). Hoogendoorn located copies in SUB Göttingen and Danish National Library of Science and Medicine, Copenhagen; he reports the HAB, Weimar copy as lost.
