拍品資料及來源

"This is a German arithmetic in the tradition of those of Adam Riese (Rechnung auff der Linien, 1542). It begins with arithmetic operations in which examples of each are given in both abacus and algorism notation. The first illustration of an abacus is of note because it shows fractions as well as the usual integers. The last section is devoted to tables of multiplication and currency" (Tomash & Williams).
