Of radiating design, set with polished cabochon turquoises and sapphires, highlighted with brilliant-cut and baguette diamonds, partial Italian maker's mark.
Condition
Stamped PT and 750 for platinum and 18 carat gold. Italian maker's mark plaque to reverse, possibly 160 AL for Lunati, via Trento, Alessandria. Some colour variation to turquoises, some lighter and more greenish in hue. Typical matrix inclusions visible to some areas. Sapphires deep blue, numerous typical inclusions, some surface reaching. Turquoise and sapphire surfaces with scratches, minor chips and rubbed areas. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.80-2.20 carats. Diameter approximately 50mm, gross weight approximately 32 grams. Metal surfaces with light scratches. Brooch fitting closes securely. Overall condition good.
