This work is in very good and sound condition overall. There is some minor dust accumulation to the work noted, specifically to the crevices. Under close inspection, scattered surface scratches, inconsistencies to the wood, minor spots of paint loss and some minor losses to the wood are visible. There are a few scattered minor cracks to the work, only viewable upon close inspection.
In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property described above.
