Condition

The rim of the cover with two cracks, the link in its snout a replacement. with Its chain segmented, loose and separate. The base section in good condition. Overall in good appearance.

Salt-glaze bear jugs of this type are relatively uncommon, but it is exceptionally rare to find an example adapted as a puzzle jug.
