Condition
The movement is running at time of cataloguing, however it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
Case in overall fair vintage condition with wear, scratches, scuffs, and dents consistent with use and age. Lugs with surface markings and scuffs throughout. Left side case band with heavier wear and scuffs. Some very small dents/area of material damage between 8 and 9. Some oxidation to the crowns' threads. Scuffing, wear, and oxidation to the case back. Date and alarm functions working properly. Dial in overall fair vintage condition with oxidation to the luminescent indexes. Heavy oxidation to the alarm arrow, turning the index very dark. Some heavier oxidation to index 6 and 8. Light markings and debris. Crystal with heavy scratches and marks. Movement in good condition. Associated bracelet with equivalent wear.
