Condition
Manual winding movement and tourbillon function are all in working order while cataloguing. Dial is very nice and clean, in excellent condition. Case is very clean in general, no visible blemishes. Buckle with little sign of use. Almost as new. Overall condition is excellent. Please note that the movement has not been tested for the accuracy of time keeping and a service might be required at the buyer's expense. **The strap of this wristwatch is made from an endangered species, please refer to important notices for further information**.

三段階梯式錶殼設計呈現百達翡麗早期裝飾藝術風格。為了將兩種罕有複雜的功能結合，百達翡麗工程師花費三年的時間，研發出可以承受十日鍊運行所需扭力的新型陀飛輪機芯。為了避免分鐘齒輪遮擋陀飛輪運轉之美態，整個動力傳輸機制的位置被移至錶盤側方。陀飛輪作為機芯主要部件則位處機芯橋一側，透過藍寶石水晶錶背透蓋可一覽無遺。旋轉陀飛輪架包含了72個精密部件，僅重0.3克。
雙發條盒內所串聯的發條提供10日動力儲存所需之能量，兩者同時上鏈，大發條盒可將動能轉移至另一小發條盒。前者備有調節器系統，防止主發條上鏈過度，在上滿鏈時脫離發條桶。因腕錶結構繁複精細，製錶師需要三個月時間才能完成一隻5101型號腕錶的製作。
